Our relationships are the seat of our reality, and connections we have with our partners, ex’s, co-parents, and children often have the greatest impact on our day-to-day mental health and wellness. Because of this, parenting, divorce, and separation are two of the most challenging experiences anyone can go through. I know this, because I’ve gone through both.
I am interested in working with folks who are looking to grow through their experiences of un-coupling, separating, and or parenting (in its many forms).
I know you might be thinking “Grow ? I’m just hoping to survive !” But the scary truth is that the hardest moments of our lives are often the ones which hold the most opportunity to create a life that feels more fulfilling.
From the “helpful advice” we received from our family and friends, the fear we feel from entering into a whole new life, the intense emotional landscape, and the fundamental rearranging of our routines, attachments and support networks- these kinds of changes in these kinds of relationships pack in a lot of power and I’m here to help you use it.
